Flōw ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our social media management platform at thesocialflow.xyz.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as an encrypted hash via Supabase Auth).

Content You Create: Posts, captions, drafts, scheduled content, content ideas, pitch decks, and contacts you enter into the app.

Platform Connections: When you connect social media accounts, we store access tokens and basic profile information (username, platform ID) required to authenticate with those platforms. We never store your passwords for third-party platforms.

Usage Data: We may collect anonymized information about how you interact with the app to improve the product.

Your data is stored on Supabase infrastructure, which uses PostgreSQL databases with row-level security — meaning your data is cryptographically scoped to your account only. No other user can access your data.

When you connect your YouTube or Google account, Flōw accesses only the data necessary to display your channel analytics and manage your YouTube content scheduling. Specifically, we request access to your YouTube channel statistics and upload capabilities.

We do not sell, share, or use your Google user data for advertising purposes. Your Google data is used solely to provide the features you explicitly request within Flōw. You can revoke access at any time by disconnecting your Google account in the Connections settings or via your Google Account permissions page.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data except with service providers who help operate the platform, if required by law, or to protect our rights.
