Flōw is a social media management platform that allows you to compose, schedule, and manage content across multiple social media platforms, generate AI-assisted content, track analytics, manage contacts, and create pitch decks.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Flōw. By using the Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information, notify us of unauthorized use, and not share your account with others.
You agree not to use Flōw to:
Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create through Flōw. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your content solely to provide the Service.
AI-Generated Content: Content generated with our AI features is provided for your use. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing.
When connecting social media accounts, you agree to comply with the terms of service of each respective platform. Flōw is not responsible for actions taken by those platforms.
Flōw's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We use Google/YouTube data solely to provide the YouTube management features you request and do not use it for advertising or share it with third parties.
AI features use the Anthropic Claude API. You are responsible for your API key and any associated costs with your Anthropic account.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. AI-GENERATED CONTENT IS PROVIDED WITHOUT GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLŌW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via Settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.
